PNW Conventions LLC is spearheading the organization and promotion of the 2025 PNW Collector Convention, slated to occur from Saturday, June 21st, to Sunday, June 22nd, 2025. Vendor setup, known as load in, is scheduled for Saturday, June 21st, from 7am to 10am. Vendors are required to have their areas fully set up and be present at their designated locations by 10am on Saturday. Failure to occupy tables by 10am on Saturday without providing a satisfactory explanation to PNW Conventions LLC will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in the loss of table privileges.
The event concludes with a load out phase on Sunday, starting after the event’s closure at 5pm and ending by 8pm. Vendors are strongly advised against leaving merchandise at the venue after 8pm on Sunday.
Access to the exhibit space is limited to vendors with the appropriate badges on both Saturday and Sunday. For full terms and conditions click here.
