GENERAL MEDIA RELEASE WAIVER FOR PNW COLLECTOR CONVENTION

Notice to All Participants and Attendees

Welcome to the PNW Collector Convention, organized by PNW Conventions LLC. By participating in or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of your image, voice, and presence at the event:

  1. Consent to Media Use: Participation in or attendance at the PNW Collector Convention implies your consent for PNW Conventions LLC, its agents, representatives, affiliates, and assigns to capture and use your likeness, voice, and image in photographs, video recordings, digital images, and any other form of media capture (collectively referred to as “Media”) taken during the event.
  2. Purpose of Media Use: The Media captured at the event may be used or published in print, online, and in other digital formats by PNW Conventions LLC for promotional, educational, and informational purposes related to the activities of PNW Conventions LLC, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and press releases. By attending or participating in the event, you grant PNW Conventions LLC the right to use such Media for these purposes without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.
  3. Waiver of Rights: By your presence at the event, you waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Media in which your likeness appears, and you release PNW Conventions LLC from any claims related to the rights of privacy, publicity, copyright, and any other rights you may have in connection with the use of the Media as described herein.
  4. No Obligation: PNW Conventions LLC is under no obligation to use the Media in which you appear. The decision to use any Media captured during the event is at the sole discretion of PNW Conventions LLC.
  5. Agreement to Terms: Your attendance and participation in the PNW Collector Convention constitute your agreement to the terms outlined in this Media Release Waiver. If you do not wish to be subject to these terms, please consider not participating in or attending the event.
